2009: Bumper year for St Tola Organic Goats Cheese
St Tola won Supreme Overall Champion at SHOP 2009 in Dublin.
2009 was a bumper year for St Tola Organic Goats Cheese in County Clare.
Siobhan Ni Ghairbhith’s Organic Cheese won a slew of awards including a prize at the Premio Roma Awards in Rome, medals at the Great Taste Awards and British Cheese Awards and the Best Export Product award at The National Organic Awards.
To finish in September (pictured above) St Tola won Supreme Overall Champion at SHOP.
